Do you only accept clients locally in North Carolina?
Nope. Neko Webbing is a nation-wide web design company. Although working with clients in the Raleigh area is preferred, clients from anywhere in the United States are more welcome to inquire. Long distance clients should be comfortable e-mailing frequently since that is how we will mostly keep in touch.

What do you use to create web graphics and the website itself?
Mostly the Adobe Web Premium CS5 software. This includes Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash and Dreamweaver. Depending on the client's needs, we also do use WordPress as a content management system.

How does payment work?
Neko Webbing charges by an affordable hourly labor rate. There are no over-priced packages or set prices. Invoices of tracked work time will be emailed to you every month or however often you desire. Accepted forms of payment are checks and PayPal transfers.

After you've built the website, who is going to make regular updates to the site?
Keeping your website updated on a regular basis is part of our service. In the beginning stages of production, we'll discuss how often your website content (text or graphics) needs to be updated. Website content updates made by Neko Webbing may take up to 3-5 business days to complete. For this reason, some clients may want to choose to use a WordPress platform to create their site. With a WordPress website, the client is able to edit or add information from a user-friendly admin tool online.
